 Thank you for taking the time to fill out these questions.The reason we do this is to learn about you,your family and your lifestyle so we are able to best place the families with the best cat or kitten for their family and lifestyle.Our main concern is  to place our cats and kittens in a loving and responsible furever home, who will take the responsibility and commitment of pet ownership seriously.The consultation process is to determine if the adoption is in the best interest of both the cat or kitten as well as the adopter.Please be aware that filling out this application does not bind you to one of our cats or kittens, nor does it guarantee you will be approved for adoption.There will be a $75.00  adoption fee for cats and kittens or adopt 2 for $100.00  for all approved applications, to cover the cost of  vet visit, fiv/felv testing, de worming, treatment of fleas and other parasites, ear mite treatment, and age appropriate core vaccines. There is also a refundable $25.00 deposit for spay/neuter of all unaltered cats and kittens which will be refunded within 2 weeks of  Angela's Angels receiving proof to the fact the cat(s) or kitten(s) has been spayed/neutered within the time frame outlined in the adoption contract, or you can choose to donate the $25.00 to Angela's Angels Cat Rescue for the care of animals that are still in our care. Thank you. Please fill out this form and e-mail it to us (by selecting the 'Submit' button) and one of our volunteers will contact you. An Angela's Angels volunteer will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the adoption process, but an approved application is required before you are able to visit one of our cat/kittens in a foster home or we will bring a cat/kitten to meet you and your family. Although all applications are welcome, we will never send an animal to a new home without having met the prospective adopter.
