Angela's Angels Cat Rescue

We are a non profit cat & kitten rescue in Tyrrell county NC. We are foster home based and run on donations from the feline loving public and with the help of wonderful and caring volunteers. Our mission and main focus is on the cats and kittens in high kill shelters, as we are their last hope. We also take in strays and when space is available owner surrenders. We have all cats vetted, spayed/neutered and they are then placed in loving foster homes where they will receive tons of love and socialization until they find their fur-ever home. We are a no kill rescue and animals rescued by Angela's Angels will never be euthanized for lack of space, furthermore we do not discriminate as to the age, color or health status of the cats we take in. All cats taken in by us will receive any and all medical care regardless of the price. Once we have made a commitment to a cat, they have a place within our foster system until they find their fur-ever home. All animals adopted from Angela's Angels may be returned to us if for some reason you are no longer able or willing to care for them.

February is spay & neuter month

Please consider making a donation to cover either the cost of a spay ($50) or a neuter ($40) We will send you a picture of the cat(s) you payed to have spayed or neutered as well as monthly updates until he or she finds their fur-ever home. Please help us to reduce overpopulation of cats and kittens in North Carolina, Many of whome who end up in high kill shelters and are put to sleep in gas chambers or by heartsticks! Every cat or kitten you help us to alter reduces the overpopulation problem and several litters of unwanted kittens.

Everyone deserves a fur-ever home and someone to love them, animals are no different! When you adopt a cat or kitten from Angela's Angels (or any shelter or rescue group) you make it possible for other cats/kittens to be rescued, receive medical care, be spayed or neutered and have a chance to find a fur-ever home.

Times are difficult right now, and because of this there are many more animals being left to fend for themselves, or turned over to shelters. Unfortunately most of these animals do not survive. We need your help! With your donations, we can continue to rescue cats and kittens provide foster homes, medical care, food and other needed items to the cats and kittens in our care, as well a those to come.
